“HUFFMAN TEACHERS SHOWCASE THEIR TALENTS AT TCEA!!”
High fives to Susan Eschete and Craig Maddux for a great Smartboard presentation at the 2010 TCEA (Texas Computer Education Association) convention held in Austin, February 8th-11th. They did a fabulous job demonstrating the multiple uses of the board and the document cameras. A large audience of interested educators from across Texas watched them perform their magic with the technologies. After seeing what Craig and Susan could do, every teacher wanted a Smartboard and document camera for their classroom. They really showcased our district and the talented staff we have who everyday integrate technology into their daily curriculum lessons.
Also attending the convention this year were Bonnie Jackson , Betty Soper, Monica Dorcz, Janet Cordova, Julie Deen, Donnie Khalaf, Pamm Wickes and David Carpenter. They all came back with exciting ideas for implementing the new technologies to take advantage of our high-speed network and to enhance our C-Scope curriculum.
It’s an exciting time for learning!
