Huffman Falcon Sports Complex Guidelines

Current Huffman ISD policies, 10- 4A, and UIL rules will be enforced at all times. State laws and school policies concerning alcoholic beverages, controlled substances, weapons, and the distribution of any type of literature will also be in effect.
- Students in the 8th grade or younger must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian to all Varsity Football Games. Parents or adult guardians are responsible for 8th-grade and younger students’ behavior during the event. This includes while in the stands watching the game and when going to the restroom or concession stand areas.
- The Student Handbook and Code of Conduct will be in effect for all HISD students attending stadium events.
- This means students may face additional disciplinary consequences at school.
- Firearms, Knives, Pyrotechnic Devices, Balloons, Live Animal Mascots, and Cannons are all prohibited at league athletic contests. Except in their normal course of business, emergency vehicles shall not flash lights or sound sirens during the course of a game. Releasing balloons is prohibited at league athletic events held outdoors.
- The stadium does not allow confetti, skateboards, scooters, frisbees, roller blades, balls of any kind (excluding balls used by spirit groups), or bicycles.
- Signs are permitted only on the fence in front of the home or visitors stands. Signs in poor taste shall be removed. Flags on poles or signs larger than a hand towel are not allowed in the bleachers. All signs and tape must be removed at the end of the game and disposed of properly.
- Outside food, drinks, and coolers shall not be brought into the stadium. All glass bottles are prohibited. (Coolers for Band, Drill Team, Cheer, and Football are the only allowed coolers)
- Food, Gum, and Seeds of any type (Sunflower, Peanuts, Pistachios, etc…….), Pets, and Tobacco /Alcohol/Drugs are prohibited at all times around or on the field. AN INVOICE will be automatically sent to the Athletic Director of Visiting team for clean-up greater than $150 clean-up costs.
- Pointed objects or objects with sharp and uneven edges are prohibited on the field. This includes any props used by cheerleaders, band, or drill team. The sidelines must be kept free of any equipment that might injure an athlete.
- Spectators will not be allowed on the field before or after the game. Only students participating in school-organized and approved activities will be allowed on the field.
- Victory lines shall be limited to school-sponsored groups on the field.
- Anyone on the sideline who is not in uniform must have a sideline pass or district ID badge. Anyone without a proper pass or ID will be asked to leave the area. No one is allowed to stand, photograph, or film from the end zone.
- No loitering will be permitted. Fans will not be allowed to go from side to side or congregate under the stands.
- Due to security concerns, backpacks and handbags may be searched at any time.
- Only emergency vehicles may be parked inside the stadium. No vehicle of any kind will be allowed to drive on the track or stadium surface. (Unless approved by the Athletic Director.)
- The only groups that are permitted to sell products in the stadium are athletic, band, cheerleader, drill team booster clubs, and official student organizations. No product may be sold outside the stadium without permission from the Huffman ISD Athletic Office.
- Spectators leaving the stadium will NOT be allowed to re-enter without paying. Only reserved seat tickets guarantee seating in a specific area. A general admission ticket does not guarantee a seat on a specific side of the stadium. No refunds will be given unless the varsity contest is canceled. No personal checks will be accepted.
- Falcon Sports Complex will open 1-1 ½ hours before game time. Tickets will be sold until the beginning of the 3rd quarter.
