Device Information

District Issued Devices
All Huffman ISD students have access to either a Dell laptop or an Apple iPad. Secondary students are allowed to take the devices home during their enrollment at Huffman ISD and Elementary devices are stored in the classrooms at the student's campus.

Students in grades 6 through 12 will keep the same device throughout the student's enrollment in Huffman ISD or until issued a replacement device.

For a device to be issued to a student, the district's Acceptable Use Guidelines and Device Loan Agreement must be agreed to during the online registration process. The student is responsible for any fees associated with a lost or damaged device

Optional Device Insurance Coverage
Insurance is available to purchase through School Device Coverage.  Insurance will cover accidental damage, cracked screen, fire/flood, and loss/theft.  The $30.00 one-time fee will cover your device and charger for the entire school year.
